Nick Turner – MApplFin

Nick Turner is a seasoned professional in the industry, with over 20 years of experience in property finance, including 11 years in the non-bank sector. He founded the Kiwibank Property Finance Unit and was in charge of financial performance, strategy and overall governance of their property exposures.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Ana, and cheering on his two sons, Jack and Louis, as they play football. On a typical Saturday afternoon, Nick can be found experimenting with Churrasco (Brazilian BBQ) recipes.

Jono Ball is a highly experienced property finance professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of business development and securing funding for projects across the country. One of his proudest professional achievements is being awarded Kiwibank's top lender for four consecutive years.

In his free time, Jono enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching rugby, and going on adventures with his son Harvey and partner Tess.

Robert Neil – Safari Group

Robert Neil is the Managing Director and Founding Partner of Safari Group, one of New Zealand's most prominent residential property development firms. He has more than 40 years of experience in the industry, and has successfully navigated multiple property cycles, gaining a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of property development, construction, and finance.

When he is not creating iconic developments across New Zealand, Robert can be found at the Pakuranga Rugby Club fulfilling his role as Chairman.
