James Beale – BBA

With over 7 years of experience in property finance at Westpac, most recently as a Senior Relationship Manager, James brings a deep understanding of the lending landscape. He works closely with clients to structure tailored finance solutions that support their property goals.

James is known for his professionalism, integrity, and calm, supportive approach.

James studied in the United States on a golf scholarship and played professionally before shifting his focus to property finance.

Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, playing golf, and spending quality time with his fiancé Rochelle, son Charlie, and dog Bear.

Nick Turner – MApplFin

Nick Turner is a seasoned professional in the industry, with over 20 years of experience in property finance, including 11 years in the non-bank sector. He founded the Kiwibank Property Finance Unit and was in charge of financial performance, strategy and overall governance of their property exposures.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Ana, and cheering on his two sons, Jack and Louis, as they play football. On a typical Saturday afternoon, Nick can be found experimenting with Churrasco (Brazilian BBQ) recipes.

Jono Ball – BBS Property

Jono Ball is a highly experienced property finance professional with over 13 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of business development and securing funding for projects across the country. One of his proudest professional achievements is being awarded Kiwibank's top lender for four consecutive years.

In his free time, Jono enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching rugby, and going on adventures with his son Harvey and partner Tess.
